Package Purchases
24-hour cooling-off: Cancel any purchased package within 24 hours for full refund (minus merchant fees).
After 24 hours: Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Booked Appointments
Minimum 48 hours notice required for rescheduling or cancellation.
Over 48 hours notice: Free reschedule (within 2 months, subject to availability).
Under 48 hours notice or no-show: Full charge applies – no refunds or exceptions.
Usage Terms
Use pre-paid sessions within 3 months of purchase.
Late arrivals: Session shortened to end on time.
